These screws are designed specifically for screwing directly into plastic materials with the following advantages.
30 degree flank angle reduces radial forces and hoop stress.
Recessed core diameter increases thread engagement.
The thread forming action flows material around the thread reducing stripping.
Up to 10x reusability without loss of performance.
High shear loads and pull out force.
